The British-Irish Airports Expo has quickly become an industry date to remember. With 144 confirmed exhibitors, 33 airport operators, and more than 2000 visitors anticipated, this free event is promising to be bigger and better than ever. This year, the organisers bring to you a free EXPO, insightful conferences, airport visits and a BBQ Party.

Registration and attendance is completely free – simply visit the Airports Expo website today, the process takes less than five minutes. To access the Summer Sizzler, schedule meetings and tour the facilities of Birmingham Airport, you’ll require a First Class Pass – priced at £350. Airport and Airlines staff receive complimentary upgrade as standard.

Please welcome The British Irish Airports Expo’s celebrity guest – Chris Kamara

Last year the Expo saw John Barnes deliver a masterclass on being competitive and team building, while this year the event will welcome Chris Kamara to the stage for an interview. As a regular flier, Chris is genuinely interested in how the passenger experience can be improved and just as John did last year, Chris will spend a lot of time visiting the stands for autographs and photos for exhibitor corporate use.

Save vital time and network effectively with the one-to-one meeting system

With an exhibitor count of 144, you may be hard-pressed to meet with every business that you would like to during the event. For this reason the Airports Expo has created a handy meeting tool – a web-based platform that allows you to schedule meetings with other visitors to forge new business contacts and possibly win corporate contracts. To use the meeting system, you’ll first need to register for a First Class Pass.

Some important dates to note…

25th April 2017 – Exhibitors will have access to the One-to-One Meeting System to populate their company information and input their profiling information.

26th April 2017 – First Class Delegates and Hosted Buyer Delegates can start searching for relevant industry professionals, and request meetings.

10th May 2017 – Exhibitor Account Holders will now have the opportunity to request meetings and assign accepted meetings to the most suited stand personnel representative.
